Our short enquiry form helps us understand your business before you choose a call time. Contact hello@daylightreach.com with questions about your information.

What you provide

We ask for your name, business name, phone number, the service you need and an optional current website. We use these details to prepare for and follow up on your enquiry. Please do not send customer lists or sensitive records.

Saving your enquiry

Cloudflare Workers processes the form and Cloudflare D1 stores accepted enquiries. A saved record includes a generated reference, submission time, originating site page and any Website support option you selected. The database is not publicly accessible. Saving an enquiry does not reserve an appointment or confirm that a notification email was delivered.

Technical checks help prevent duplicate requests and repeated submissions. Rate limiting stores a hashed connection identifier rather than the raw connection address in the enquiry database. No form details are included in booking links or analytics events.

Choosing a call time

After your details are saved, you can open our Google Calendar booking page. Google currently asks you to choose a slot first, then enter its booking details, including your name, email, phone, business, service and optional website. You may need to enter details again there. Google handles the calendar invitation, Google Meet link and confirmation emails. Your appointment is confirmed by Google after you complete that booking.

Email and website use

Email enquiries are received through Google Workspace. Cloudflare may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Fonts and videos load from this site. No advertising pixel, third-party analytics or embedded calendar is loaded. Temporary browser session storage remembers your service selection; it does not store your name or phone number.

Daylight Reach uses enquiry and booking details to respond, prepare for a call and manage the business relationship. Email hello@daylightreach.com to ask about accessing, correcting or removing information you have sent. Research and booking links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices.
